Family Pics

We recently took pictures of Jonathon at 2.5 years old.  He is my little boy now, and he is so adorable with his glasses.

We also wanted to capture this beautiful phase of pregnancy with Becky.  She is 8 months pregnant now and is as beautiful as ever.  The baby Zion Harrison, or Brooklynn Elizabeth is due on October 20th.

Thank God for Jesus and Becky: My 2 greatest blessings!

This past week marked my 7-year anniversary to my wife Becky.  She has been the greatest blessing in my life apart from Jesus.  We have lived an adventure, and not one day has been boring!  Becky is my best friend, she completes me!  Here are some pictures of the blessed occassion 7 years ago.

A Little Piece of Heaven

Becky and I just returned home from an amazing romantic adventure.  We went on an 11 night cruise to the Mexican Riviera.  We enjoyed 4 days at sea on a magnificent cruise ship and 6 Mexican ports: Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta, Acapulco, Zihuatanejo, and Manzanillo.  Some of the highlights: Becky swam with Dolphins in Acapulco for 30 minutes.  We took ballroom dancing lessons and learned the Cha Cha, Fox Trot, and Salsa.  I got chosen to compete in the Celebrity Idol competition and won, and got many opportunities to be a witness to people because of it.  We just had a ball being together and enjoying a wonderful advanture with romance around every corner.  This is our second cruise and I whole-heartedly reccomend it to build any marriage.  Here are some of the portraits from our cruise.  I haven't uploaded any of my personal pictures yet.  Upon our return we took Jonathon to Sea World and met my family there.  We had a blast feeding and petting dolphins and enjoying the park and my family.  I love you all!

Drama Ministry Tour

This past week we set out on an amzing adventure around the state of Oregon.  We took our youth drama team on a ministry tour in 7 different cities and churches in Oregon.  We started on Saturday and did a service in downtown Portland.  Sunday morning we did a service in Oregon City and Sunday night in Clackamas.  Monday we did a servanthood day in Oregon City and then had some fun at an amusement park in Portland.  Tuesday we took a tour of Multnomah Falls and hiked to the top and then did a Youth Service in Dallas.  Weds. we toured Silver Falls State Park and then did a Youth Service in Albany.  Thurs. was our day off so we went to the Enchanted Village Amusement Park and then went Paint-Balling/ Shopping in Eugene.  Friday we did a servanthood day and a service in Winston.  Saturday we did a servanthood day in Coquille and then had a BBQ on the beach.  Sunday we did a service in Coquille and then finally headed home.

This was such a fun time connecting with our youth.  I was so proud to see them step up and be used of God in dramas, dances, testimonies, servanthood projects, etc.  We had great services- God showed up and did amazing things.  What an honor to be used of the Lord.  I believe this will be a land-mark trip in our youth's Christian journey.  They stepped out in obedience and poured their lives out.  In return God met them and used them to do great things.  Go God!!!

Okay I know it's been a while since I posted- I am sorry to all my adoring fans.  I do still care for you.  Feb. was a great, but busy month.  Every weekend was jam packed with ministry.  I spoke at Winter Camp the first weekend and that was a blast.  I brought our youth drama team and they ministered beside me.  The second weekend we had our annual Board and Staff Retreat for the church.  The 3rd weekend was ministry to my wife.  We went to a bed and breakfast in Bend and had a very relaxing weekend.  Finally we had a marriage retreat at our church that was a lot of fun.

March hasn't slowed down any.  I was actually home the first weekend.  The second weekend I had the privilege of doing a Teen Encounter in St. George, Utah for old friend and now Pastor Mark Gering.  I had a divine appointment on the way home.  I missed my flight because my hosts didn't get me to the airport on time.  But this was God-ordained because I was able to attend church at the International Church of Las Vegas.  This is the 2nd time I have "accidentally" stumbled into this church in a year and both times had mighty encounters with God.  This time, during the worship, the youth pastor of the church came over to me and started praying and prophesying over me.  The word was right on and confirmed a decision I am in the midst of.  Praise the Lord.  This past weekend I went over to Pendleton and helped with/ observed the Seven Project as facilitated by our awesome Youth Alive Director Tom Bachman.  This was a fun time and we led about 65 young people to the Lord.  I personally got to pray with 3 6th/7th grade boys.

So in a nutshell, we are enjoying the adventure of ministry.  God is doing great things and I am enjoying getting to know Him more and more everyday!  Jonathon turned two on Jan 30th and he is doing great and growing up so fast.  Here are some of his 2 year pictures.
